Currently, the platform offers three specialized train-the-trainer programs, each tailored to the specific demands of its field:

• Intercultural Training: Designed for professionals who want to offer intercultural training in a global context. This program covers both the necessary cultural frameworks and the didactic tools to deliver meaningful, internationally relevant sessions.
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) For those aiming to work as DEI trainers, this course combines subject matter knowledge with practical guidance on how to create inclusive and engaging learning environments that foster awareness and change.
• Technical Training Targeted at subject matter experts—such as engineers, technicians, or operators—who are responsible for delivering training on machines, tools, or systems. Unlike the other two, this course does not cover technical content itself but focuses exclusively on the methodology of delivering complex content in a clear and effective way.

The platform addresses a wide range of diversity dimensions, including age, disability, gender and sexual orientation, cultural and ethnic background, religion and belief, social origin and neurodiversity.
